Ice-cream cone

Natural rim, straight or folded rim

Ice-cream cones in different versions, sizes and angles. The folded rim gives high stability to the ice-cream cone. The ice-cream cone with folded rim is particularly popular in Southern Europe.

Snack wafer

Various diameters and thicknesses

The snack wafers can be baked sweet or savoury, varying in size and thickness. The sweet wafer type can be served with a cup of coffee or tea, the savoury one as a snack for in- between.

Fan wafer

Smooth, engraved, wavy

This type of wafer is mainly used to decorate ice cream and other desserts in the food and beverage industry. It can be baked in various shapes (e.g. heart, triangle, etc.), formats (folded once or twice, with two or four layers) and with engravings (square, trademarks, names, etc.).

Hollow wafer

Twisted

Crispy thin wafer roll, twisted from a wafer sheet. Characteristics such as length and diameter can be realised individually. It is particularly suitable for filling with cream of chocolate, gianduja, coconut, almond or fruit flavours. A coating or dipping of the wafer with different ingredients is also possible.*

Wafer roll

Twisted

Wafer roll twisted from a wafer sheet. Characteristics such as length, diameter or engraving can be adapted individually. Thick wafer rolls are particularly suitable for filling with chocolate, cream, whipped cream or ice-cream. A coating or dipping of the wafer with different ingredients is also possible.*

Wafer cup

Various shapes and sizes

Sweet edible wafer cup/bowl, formed from a wafer sheet. This wafer can be baked individually in different shapes, sizes, with or without engraving. An eco-friendly alternative to plastic cups or bowls, perfect for a wide range of desserts (e.g. ice cream, pudding, cream, fruit).

Round wafer

Traditional, Modern

The Karlsbad Wafers traditionally consist of two thin wafer sheets with a diameter of 18 cm filled with a mass of sugar and almond slivers. Nowadays, different shapes, sizes and fillings are available.The wafer itself is neutral in taste and therefore suitable as a shell for other edibles (e.g. sandwich ice-cream).

Design wafer

Motif

A wafer sheet bearing a motif (pattern, picture or similar) after baking without the use of colouring agents. The motifs are burned into the wafer sheet using a special process. This wafer type is perfectly suited for the decoration of ice-cream and desserts.

Soft waffle

Various shapes

Brussels Waffles and Soft Waffles can be baked in various shapes.They range from rectangular and square to round or heart-shaped. This type of wafer is very popular not only in the catering sector, but also in the industry. Soft waffles can be produced fresh or as frozen products.
